I wanted to let you know that Rex, who we adopted from AARF in Richmond in January 1996, passed away this past summer. He suffered from hemangiosarcoma.

We had a 5-lb tumor and his spleen removed last March once this condition was discovered. After his recovery, he was his usual spunky, loving self until the day he passed.

Rex received the best care, and we never took a day with him for granted - ever. He was the most amazing little pooch ever and we think of him every single day.
